ADI – PDI

DARE2DRIVE are currently looking for people to join the team. If you are a qualified ADI and have been thinking of a change, why not get in touch to see what we can offer? We have various options available depending on your requirements.

If you are training as a PDI (Potential Driving Instructor), or you are thinking of becoming a driving instructor, get in touch for more information on how we can help you and what you can do, to get your career on the road.

Not everyone is suited to the profession. It can be extremely stressful and expensive when things don’t go quite to plan. But for those that believe the job is something they would enjoy, it can be very rewarding. Seeing people develop their skills and pass their driving test, gives a sense of success and gratification.

If you decide to train with DARE2DRIVE, we will do everything we can to help. Providing training and advice for all three parts of the driving instructor tests. All training is provided at a pace set by you. Our attitude to training you as a potential driving instructor, is the same as training a learner. You decide where you want to be and how you want to progress. No pressure and no time scales set by us, but you can set them if you wish! We have various payment options available, which will be discussed with you, during our first meeting.

DARE2DRIVE provide training to anyone that has held a full driving licence for a minimum of 3 years and is over the age of 25. If you are between 21 and 25 please do get in touch, we say 25 years of age, due to our current insurance policy, but we are more than happy to investigate the costs of making this change.

You may be looking for a franchised position or looking to start up alone. However, if you choose a franchise option, DARE2DRIVE will endeavour to find one to match your requirements.  You can even decide how you wish to pay; weekly, monthly or yearly. Of course, terms and conditions will apply, to protect the good reputation we have built. But there will be no hassles if you decide to leave, all we ask is that you treat us with the same respect, that we treat you.
